This CPD training is for all Primary SENCOs, teachers and teaching assistants to learn about these engaging methods for supporting young people with a variety of additional needs.

Delivered by: Neil West from Bolton Playing for Success, a facilitator    accredited by the LEGO® Association of Master Trainers.

The programme will include:

• A detailed overview of both the LEGO THERAPY and Therabuild methodologies.
• Practical ideas for activities and games to support children with additional needs or those who have experienced developmental trauma.
• Guidance on setting up a LEGO club in school and useful resources.
• Ideas and frameworks for planning, recording and reporting progress using these methods.

This workshop will be a balance of theory and practical, hands-on games and activities to demonstrate the many ways LEGO bricks can support learning and promote emotional self-regulation in the primary phase.
