New to Teaching the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) – 3 Day Course
This 3 day course (4th October, 18th October and 8th November) is for newly qualified teachers or experienced teachers new to teaching the EYFS.

The course aims to enhance practitioner knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through an exploration of the underlying principles underpinning the provision of high-quality early years education.
The programme is built around the needs of the participants based on the reflections of current practice and can cover the following:
- A review of the EYFS and child development.
- The role of the adult.
- Creating enabling environments indoors and outdoors.
- Using observation and assessment to inform planning.
- Communication and language pathway.
