In support of the end of KS2 writing moderation, we are pleased to offer the following workshop events:

Led by: Catriona Fletcher, supported by the KS2 Moderation Team

All sessions will provide:

• Guidance on making teacher assessment judgements against the statements from the STA teacher assessment framework for working towards the standard, working at the standard and working at greater depth.
• Discussion based sessions with a focus on benchmarking sample evidence of pupils’ work against the statements in order to identify strengths and inform forward planning.
• Support from the KS2 Moderation Team.

Delegates are asked to bring along the evidence base in writing to date for 3 pupils (one on track to be judged working towards the expected standard, one on track to be judged at the expected standard and one on track to be working at greater depth).
